Mackenzie Kern

My name is Mackenzie Kern and I am a toddler teacher at Busy Bee! I aspire to create a fun, safe and calming environment where my students can learn and thrive. I try to create a positive atmosphere in which we can express and embrace our own personalities! I am EEC teacher certified. I have completed over 3 years of schooling in Early Childhood Education. I have 4 years of experience in teaching and using curriculum centered on cognitive, social and emotional development. I have been at Busy Bee for 2 years. I love to bring sensory play into the classroom and enjoy letting the children explore more independently through art and play! I enjoy coming into my classroom every day and seeing all of their bright smiling faces! I truly believe that being a teacher is more of a passion than a job!
